Laid by our small flocks of multi coloured hens

Living in small, home designed mobile houses, they are trundled round the farm in small groups so that they can eat as much green grass as they can manage. Eating rich grass contributes to that lovely taste so often missing from more intensive organic systems

They are protected from predators by a mains operated electric fence

They have 24 hour access to grass ;this is so unusual in commercial egg farming these days

We are registered with the Egg marketing inspectorate as a packing station and supply local shops schools and box schemes with graded eggs,as well as an organic brownie maker Coco Loco

And of course our weekly pick and mix routine at the Farmers markets
